Grilled Pointed Cabbage

Grilled pointed cabbage is a wonderful side dish for a good barbecue evening. The cabbage pairs well with most meats that come off the grill.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 pcs. Pointed Cabbage
  • 28 gram Oil Neutral Taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pcs. Lemon
  • Parmesan Fresh

Instructions

  • Heat your grill(pan) on maximum heat.
  • Split your pointed cabbage in 2 halves and only use one half for this meal.
  • Remove the outer leaf and brush the cabbage with a mixture of oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the cabbage with the inside facing down for 5 minutes, then flip it and grill for another 5 minutes. Lower the heat when you flip the cabbage.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes on the outer side while grilling half a lemon.
  • Take the cabbage off the grill.
  • Grate Parmesan over the inner sides and drizzle some juice from the grilled lemon over it.
  • Enjoy.
