Recipe for green wraps with herb cream and salmon
Here you get the recipe for some really easy and lightning-fast green wraps, which you can fill with exactly what you like. They taste exceptionally good, they are healthy, and they are perfect for lunch, on the go, or even as dinner. There are many ways to use them, it all depends on what you put inside.
These wraps are without flour and can be made with gluten-free oats – so they are gluten-free but packed with protein from the eggs. Super healthy.
For these wraps, I mixed a quick herb cream, which I put inside along with smoked salmon, lettuce, avocado, and bell peppers – it made for a pretty great lunch meal.
But fill them with fried eggs, bacon, and vegetables for a delightful breakfast dish, or add some meat sauce and eat them as dinner with a good salad on the side, and you have dinner.
I made my wraps with both kale and spinach, as I had both on hand, but they can also be made with just one or the other, or you can add something like broccoli or cauliflower if you have leftovers you need to use up.
You can vary the filling according to what’s in the fridge. Fill them with dips, dressings, chicken, falafel, salad, or other items – that would be delicious too!
No matter what you choose, it’s a super quick, easy, and tasty little dish, and they are both healthy and filling.
