Green wraps with herb cream and salmon

Here is the recipe for some really easy and super quick green wraps, which you can fill with exactly what you fancy. They taste exceptionally good, they are healthy, and they are genius for lunch, on the go, or perhaps as dinner.

Ingredients

Green wraps

  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 80 gram Oatmeal
  • 150 gram Milk
  • 6 gram Salt
  • 1.5 gram Pepper
  • 200 gram Fresh spinach or kale, or a mix

Herb cream

  • 100 gram Cream Cheese plain
  • 1 handful Herbs chopped, e.g., parsley, dill and/or chives
  • Salt and Pepper

In addition

  • 50 gram Arugula or other salad
  • 100 gram Smoked salmon
  • 1/2 pcs. Bell Pepper in strips
  • 1 pcs. Avocado in slices

Instructions

Green wraps

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and runny.
  • Fry in a pan with a bit of butter or oil. This portion makes approximately 4 wraps.

Herb cream

  • Mix cheese and herbs together. Season with salt and pepper, and spread on your wraps.
  • Add salad, salmon, avocado, and bell pepper to your wraps and serve.
