This iced coffee is a take on my favorite iced coffee – the Greek frappé! No boiling water or whisking in a bowl and then pouring into a glass. No no no. Dalgona go home! Here, everything goes straight into the same glass, froth it up, and serve! It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Greek Frappé (Iced Coffee)
Equipment
- 1 Milk Frother
Ingredients
- 2-3 tsp. Instant coffee
- 2-3 tsp. Sugar can be omitted
- Water Use measurements on coffee.
- 1 dl Milk can be omitted
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Put instant coffee, water, and sugar in a glass.
- Use a milk frother to whip the mixture for 10-15 seconds until it turns into a thick coffee foam.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour Water or Milk into the glass until it is filled up.
- Stir and serve your frappé ice-cold in the lovely sunshine!
