Recipe for grandpa’s omelette

Bacon and eggs always go well together. We give you a recipe for a delightful omelette served with crispy bacon.

Grandpa's Omelette

Ingredients

  • pcs. Bacon As needed
  • 9 pcs. Egg
  • 100 gram Cream Milk can also be used
  • 10 gram Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • 8 gram Wheat Flour
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Fry bacon on a dry pan.
  • Beat the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and wheat flour in a bowl. Quickly whisk in the baking powder.
  • Cook the omelette in the fat from the bacon. Cook over medium heat to avoid burning.
  • Optionally, garnish with a bit of truffle.
  • Omelette with truffle
