Recipe for grandpa’s omelette
Bacon and eggs always go well together. We give you a recipe for a delightful omelette served with crispy bacon.

Ingredients
- pcs. Bacon As needed
- 9 pcs. Egg
- 100 gram Cream Milk can also be used
- 10 gram Baking Soda
- Salt
- 8 gram Wheat Flour
- Pepper
Instructions
- Fry bacon on a dry pan.
- Beat the eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and wheat flour in a bowl. Quickly whisk in the baking powder.
- Cook the omelette in the fat from the bacon. Cook over medium heat to avoid burning.
- Optionally, garnish with a bit of truffle.
