Recipe for fruit salad with vanilla cream
Fruit salad with raw cream; a quick, not so sinful dessert when you’re craving something sweet.
For me, bananas, grapes, and apples are a must in the mix, but make it with whatever you like best and top it with a light vanilla raw cream and a bit of dark chocolate – yum, what a winner.
My raw cream consists simply of cream and skyr added with vanilla and a bit of powdered sugar – super easy and fast.
If you want it to be even less sinful, you can omit the cream and just mix the fruit with vanilla skyr or regular skyr mixed with vanilla sugar.
