Recipe for fried egg
Frying an egg sunny side up isn’t difficult, but just like boiling potatoes is something everyone can do, not everyone knows how to do it correctly.

Fried Egg
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Egg or more, depending on appetite
- Butter for frying
- Spices salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a pan to medium heat.
- Melt a good spoonful of butter on the pan.
- Carefully crack one or more eggs into a small bowl.
- Carefully pour the egg from the bowl onto the pan. Repeat the process if you are frying multiple eggs.
- Allow the egg to set without touching the pan.
- Fry the eggs for 2-4 minutes depending on how well-done you like them.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the eggs rest on the pan for about a minute.
- Season the eggs with salt and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
- Serve immediately!
