Recipe for french chicken in mustard sauce
A wonderful family dish with lots of flavor, juicy and tender chicken, and the most delicious sauce.
You can choose to cut up a whole chicken, buy drumsticks or thighs, or use chicken breasts, but if you do, remember to adjust the baking time accordingly.
Roasted potatoes are delicious with it, but the dish is simple and straightforward with freshly cooked pasta, rice, or for instance, baguette to dip in the sauce, which is quite original and super tasty.
