Recipe for easy rye bread snacks with chocolate and carrots
Easy and really good for the lunchbox, a snack craving, or a small hunger..? These rye bread snacks with chocolate are soft and delicious, filled with flavor, seeds, and delightful chocolate chunks…
I start with a rye bread mix and then I just add chopped dark chocolate and possibly other ingredients. Today I added carrots as well… But they can also be kept completely plain with just chocolate, or you could add some dried berries – you can customize it as you prefer!
The rye bread bites are easy and perfect for the lunchbox, as a snack, or for a sweet tooth. The small snacks stay delicious for 2-3 days in a zip-lock bag or airtight container, but can also be frozen and taken out as needed.
