Ingredients

  • 6 pcs. Bread brioche pretzel hotdog bun
  • 600 gram Ground beef
  • 3-4 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Herbs minced - fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Sweet mustard
  • 1 tsp. Chili
  • 1 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Caraway whole
  • 1 dl Tomato Puree
  • 1 dl Ketchup
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 6 pcs. Oksekødspølser
  • 100 gram Pickled red onions
  • 1 tray Watercress
  • 1 pcs. Chili green - sliced

Instructions

  • Prepare the grill for indirect heat with briquettes on both sides.
  • Place the pot on the grill and heat it up with the lid on.
  • Pour oil into the pot and sauté the garlic.
  • Add the ground beef and cook for 5-10 minutes with the lid on, then add the spices.
  • Add tomato paste, chopped herbs, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Pour in the chopped tomatoes and let it simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
  • Place the beef sausages over direct heat and grill them for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
  • Warm the buns on both sides for a couple of minutes.
  • Assemble hotdogs with bun, sausage, beef sauce, red onion, cress, and fresh chili.
  • Enjoy your meal!
