Ingredients
- 300 gram Pasta
- 200 gram Bacon diced
- 1 pcs. Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 250 gram Cream
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 3 gram Salt
- 1 gram Thyme dried
- 7.5 gram Lemon Juice
- 150 gram grated cheese
- 120 gram Peas frozen
- 1 pcs. Squash grated
- 200 gram Water preferably pasta cooking water
- 1 pcs. Vegetable Broth
- 100 gram Parmesan grated
- 1 handful Broad leaf parsley
Instructions
- Put the pasta on to boil
- Fry the bacon until crispy in a deep pan or pot. Then remove the bacon from the pan.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in the pan for 2-3 minutes until the onions are just soft.
- Mix the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, thyme, and lemon juice and add to the pan along with the squash, grated cheese, and peas.
- Drain the pasta (but save 2 dl of the water) and mix both the pasta and the 2 dl of water into the pan along with the bouillon cube. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add more water if necessary, depending on how thick you want the sauce.
- Season to taste and serve with bacon, parmesan, and chopped parsley on top.
