Recipe for cornflake tops with nougat and chocolate granola
Are you planning to make some confections before Christmas? How about these crunchy, crispy deluxe cornflake clusters with chocolate granola and pistachios – all wrapped in a nougat/chocolate mixture that melts in your mouth…? Not bad, right?
And to make it even better; they are super easy and quick and can be ready in 10 minutes – the rest is just cooling time in the fridge. Basically, you just need to melt chocolate and nougat together, stir in granola and cornflakes, and then shape small clusters. That’s easily manageable, right…?
I think they taste great with granola in them, but of course, you can also just use cornflakes. No matter what, they taste faaaantastic and are perfect for the confection platter.

Cornflake Tops with Nougat and Chocolate Granola

Instructions
- Put chocolate, nougat, and cream in a small pot and melt together over low heat – remember to stir occasionally.
- Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the granola and cornflakes to the chocolate mixture. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then form small mounds from the mixture and place them on a plate, cutting board, or something similar with baking paper underneath - making them easier to remove later.
