Making confectionery before Christmas? How about these crunchy deluxe cornflake tops with chocolate granola and pistachios – enveloped in a nougat/chocolate mixture that melts on the tongue....? Not bad, right.
Put chocolate, nougat, and cream in a small pot and melt together over low heat – remember to stir occasionally.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the granola and cornflakes to the chocolate mixture. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then form small mounds from the mixture and place them on a plate, cutting board, or something similar with baking paper underneath - making them easier to remove later.
Sprinkle with pistachios and refrigerate until the chocolate is set – serve.
