Ingredients

Dough:

  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Milk
  • 15 gram Yeast
  • 12.5 gram Sugar
  • 300 gram Wheat Flour approximately
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 1 pcs. Egg brushing

Remance:

  • 100 gram Butter soft
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 50 gram Brown sugar
  • 8 gram Wheat Flour
  • 7.8 gram Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pot and add it to the mixing bowl. Add cold milk and let it cool to a lukewarm temperature. Add yeast and dissolve it. Add sugar and egg and mix. Add most of the flour and salt and knead at low speed. Add the remaining flour and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and delightful.
  • Allow the dough to rise for about 45-50 min until it has doubled in size.
  • While the dough is rising, make the filling. Put soft butter, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Place the dough on the table and roll it out fairly thin to about 60×20 cm.
  • Spread the filling thinly on the dough, leaving 2 cm at the top free of filling. Fold about 4-5 cm of the dough from the bottom up, fold again, and fold one last time so the part without filling is on the bottom – it should look like a flat sausage.
  • Cut the rolls into approximately 3 cm thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper with the seam side down.
  • Let the rolls proof for about 25-30 minutes, brush with beaten egg, and bake them in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) conventional for about 12-13 minutes until they are golden and baked through.
  • Enjoy
