Recipe for cauliflower couscous with greens and salted almonds
Here comes one of the easy, quick, and super delicious recipes – and it’s even healthy! Cauliflower couscous with herbs, spinach, peas, and salted almonds – a flavorful little dish that can be used as a side for meat or veggie patties, or just eaten as it is.
I actually use it in the same way I would use a salad; as the green element on the plate, because sometimes it’s just nice to have something different. But it could also be used as an alternative to potatoes or pasta if you want to cut down on carbohydrates.
The cauliflower is tossed in a wonderful dressing, which brings the whole dish together beautifully. And the best part; it can be made in just 15 minutes.
