Recipe for butter-fried bread with fried eggs, bacon, and tomato salad
Quick, colorful, and cozy weekend breakfast; butter-fried bread with embedded fried eggs, bacon, and tomato salad.
It’s very simple; cut out holes, fry the bread, crack the eggs into it, season, and serve. The tomato salad can be mixed together while the bread is frying. The crispy, soft, and fresh elements go very well together and make a rather cozy sharing plate.
I used large naan bread here and put in two eggs, but you can use any bread you like – it could also be a slice of French bread, for example, with just one egg.
