Recipe for beignet batter (beer batter)
Try the crispy, fried vegetables next time you need to serve a snack with a glass of wine or beer.
Fried vegetables are a delicious snack and are suitable for occasions where you would otherwise serve a bowl of chips.
In this recipe, I used spring onions, zucchini, and red onions, but many other types of vegetables will also be suitable.
