Recipe for bearnaise dressing
Everyone knows the classic Sauce Bearnaise, and for good reason! It’s fantastically flavorful, goes well with almost everything, and is a huge hit with most people.
However, we can’t overlook that the sauce can be a bit tricky to tackle. Especially in the summer when grilling is on the menu, and you’re busy preparing bread, salads, and other sides. This is where it can be tempting to take a quicker route – and you can by making a cold bearnaise dressing. It doesn’t take long to make, tastes fantastic, and is a lighter, fresher alternative to the warm version of the sauce.
Try this delicious recipe as a side for, for example, a rich steak or confit de canard.
Enjoy!
