Recipe for all-in-one potato casserole with leeks, ham, and bacon
All-in-one potato dish with leeks, ham, zucchini, and crispy bacon on top…
Easy and super delicious!
All the ingredients are placed in the dish and then it cooks itself in the oven for the next half hour or so.
The result is a creamy and flavorful cross between a gratin and scalloped potatoes – yum.
Eat it as it is, or serve, for example, with a fresh green salad and a piece of good bread.
