Recipe for pancakes (fritters)
This is the best way to use up your leftover rice pudding.
A little egg, vanilla sugar, and flour will give you a delicious dessert pancake reminiscent of American pancakes.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Rice Porridge Cooked (leftovers)
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 10 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 30 gram Wheat Flour
- Butter For frying
Instructions
- Start by placing a frying pan on the stove and turn to medium heat.
- Put the porridge, eggs, wheat flour, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat the butter in the pan and let it sizzle a bit before adding the batter in small blobs.
- Let fry at medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side - until golden brown.
- Continue the process with a new dollop of butter before adding the next "blobs" of batter to the pan.
- Serve with jam (to taste) or powdered sugar.
