Recipe for gin hass

Gin Hass has become an incredibly popular cocktail in a very short time – and with good reason! If you haven’t yet become acquainted with Gin Hass, you’re really missing out – and you have a truly delightful and well-balanced taste experience in store!

Gin Hass is a wonderful cocktail that tastes of sweet and smooth mango combined with fresh, sparkling lime, and the slightly bitter gin helps balance out the fruitiness, so the cocktail doesn’t become too sweet and fruity or “girly.” That’s why Gin Hass typically appeals to both men and women, and it’s definitely a hit here at home.

If this is the first time you’re hearing the name Gin Hass, you might think, “That’s a funny name.” The cocktail is named after the Danish bartender, Kim Hass, who reportedly came up with the cocktail quite spontaneously one evening while “guest bartending” at a nightclub in Odense. It’s always a bit amusing when a series of coincidences result in something quite special.

A lot of Gin Hass is being served over the bars at nightclubs around the country, but the cocktail is just as delightful to enjoy at home on the terrace or in the living room with good friends! Don’t we actually enjoy a cocktail a bit more when our heads aren’t filled with noise and pounding rhythms? 😉

If you’re one of those who aren’t so fond of the traditional “G&T” because of the slightly piney taste that gin can have, then Gin Hass is just the thing for you! It’s both sweet, tangy, and fresh without tasting like pine needles – a truly summery cocktail.

In my work with GastroFun PREMIUM, I am lucky enough to meet skilled food profiles, and here I have been taught by Burak Morali, who has been a bartender for 20 years and has achieved a 3rd place at the Danish National Cocktail Championships.
