Recipe for negroni sbagliato

Recipe for a bubbly fresh version of the classic Italian cocktail.

Contains gin, prosecco, Campari & vermouth.

Lowball glass

Ingredients

5 cl Gin
5 cl Vermouth Sweet
5 cl Campari
Prosecco Top
Orange Garnish

Instructions

Pour gin, vermouth, and campari over 2-3 ice cubes in a lowball glass.
Stir the cocktail for 15-20 seconds.
Then add more ice cubes until there's about 2 cm from the rim to the top.
Top the cocktail with prosecco and garnish with an orange zest/peel.
