Recipe for one pot pasta bacon
Hot food ready in 15 minutes! It doesn’t get much quicker and easier when you need it fast on a weekday.
One-pot dishes have become really popular, and I can understand why. They are easy and delicious, and you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand!

One-pot pasta bacon recipe

Ingredients
- 400 gram Pasta
- 250 gram Mushroom
- 1 Squash small
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 l Vegetable Broth
- 100 gram Whipping Cream
- 2 gram Thyme fresh or dried
- 1 gram Oregano dried
- 1 gram Rosemary dried
- 0.5 gram Chili Flakes dried - can be omitted
- Salt and Pepper from the grinder
- 200 gram Bacon smoked, diced
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion.
- Slice the zucchini and cut into quarters.
- Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients including spices in a pot.
- Boil everything for 10 - 12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the bacon cubes until crispy in a pan and add them to the dish right before serving. Optionally, grate some parmesan over the dish. Enjoy your meal.
