One pot pasta bacon

Ingredients

  • 400 gram Pasta
  • 250 gram Mushroom
  • 1 Squash small
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 l Vegetable Broth
  • 100 gram Whipping Cream
  • 2 gram Thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 gram Oregano dried
  • 1 gram Rosemary dried
  • 0.5 gram Chili Flakes dried - can be omitted
  • Salt and Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 gram Bacon smoked, diced

Instructions

    1. Finely chop the onion.
    2. Slice the zucchini and cut into quarters.
    3. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
    4. Mix all ingredients including spices in a pot.
    5. Boil everything for 10 - 12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
    6. Season with salt and pepper.
    7. Fry the bacon cubes until crispy in a pan and add them to the dish right before serving. Optionally, grate some parmesan over the dish. Enjoy your meal.
