Instructions
Finely chop the onion.
Slice the zucchini and cut into quarters.
Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ingredients including spices in a pot.
Boil everything for 10 - 12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the bacon cubes until crispy in a pan and add them to the dish right before serving. Optionally, grate some parmesan over the dish. Enjoy your meal.
