
Recipe for protein fitness cheesecake

We speak with many food bloggers and chefs around the world, and here we’ve been lucky enough to get this wonderful recipe from the Austrian fitness blogger Carina Berry.
???? The recipe is one of her favorite recipes. It was her first “clean eating” recipe she developed herself, and it has been a hit ever since.

Ingredients
Cake Filling
- 340 gram Cream Cheese Low Fat
- 340 gram Greek Yoghurt 0 %
- 100 gram Blueberry
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 21 gram Honey
- 60 gram Protein Powder Vanilla
The Crust
- 100 gram Oatmeal
- 32 gram Peanut Butter
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 45 gram Water
Topping
- 50 gram Greek Yoghurt
- Blueberry
- Peanut Butter
Instructions
The Crust
- Mix oatmeal with peanut butter, cinnamon and water. Press it down into a silicone pie form to about 1/2 cm thickness.
- Use a large bowl for the filling:
- Mix yogurt with cream cheese, blueberries, protein powder, eggs, and honey.
- Once combined well, pour it into the silicone pie form with the crust.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven) for about 40 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- Once it is cold, spread Greek yogurt over it.
- Let a bit of peanut butter drizzle over the sides.
- Decorate the top with a lot of blueberries.
- The cake is now ready to serve.
