200 gram Cranberry Juice
100 gram Sugar
20 gram Special Ingredients Ultratex

Instructions

1. Blend all the ingredients until the liquid thickens. 2. The jelly dots can be used as garnish or to give a final touch to a dish. The cranberry jelly tastes really good with white chocolate, orange, or cheese.
