Ingredients
- 275 gram Wheat Flour
- 0.5 l Milk
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 25 gram Sugar
- 0.5 pinch Salt
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- 50 gram Butter Melted
Instructions
- Whisk the flour and milk together and make sure there are no lumps.
- Then whisk in the eggs and the rest of the ingredients.
- Sift it through a fine mesh sieve and pour everything into a siphon bottle.
- Add gas/a cartridge and shake a few times before dispensing onto a hot pan.
- Make sure the pan is well heated in advance and fry in a bit of melted butter. They need about 1-2 minutes on each side.
