Recipe for green potato salad with pesto

Grill season has started, and it calls for all kinds of wonderful side dishes for the barbecue table! Why not try a different version of the classic potato salad with crème fraîche?

In this potato salad, the potatoes are tossed with a homemade green pesto, and trust me when I say that the taste of homemade pesto is quite different from the one you previously bought at the supermarket.

Want to save a little money? You can choose to substitute the rather expensive pine nuts with sunflower seeds for a more economical version – you can find the recipe for that right here.
