Recipe for chocolate soil
Edible chocolate soil! It has become incredibly popular to serve dishes that look like something other than what they actually are. For example, filled chocolates that resemble wave-worn stones found by the seashore or desserts that resemble a potted plant. And if you need to make a potted plant that looks completely “realistic,” you need to make edible soil – or chocolate soil.

Chocolate Soil
Ingredients
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 25 gram Butter
- 25 gram Baking Sugar
- 20 gram Special Ingredients Zorbit
Instructions
- Melt chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar over a double boiler.
- Gradually add Special Ingredients Zorbit to the melted chocolate mixture. The mixture will thicken and gradually turn into a powder.
- Store in an airtight container until serving.
