Recipe for salad with pickled red onions and pointed cabbage
A fresh and delicious salad with pointed cabbage and pickled red onions, as tasty as it is simple.
Pointed cabbage is mild in flavor and serves well as a healthier and more fiber-rich alternative to green salad.
In this recipe, we have tossed the salad in a lemon/oil dressing, but see the note for inspiration for a fresh and delicious yogurt dressing.
