
Recipe for tiramisu with strawberries and elderberry cream
A unique and refreshing way to serve the classic Italian dessert tiramisu.
This version contains neither coffee nor ladyfingers (the dry, Italian cakes) but strawberries, cream, and milk chocolate.
Try the dessert next time you have guests, or make it as a sweet treat on an ordinary day.

Tiramisu with strawberries and elderberry cream
Ingredients
- 250 gram Mascarpone
- 200 gram Cream minimum 36%
- 400 gram Strawberry
- 100 gram Sugar
- 5 gram Lemon Juice
- 200 gram Milk Chocolate cat tongues
- 10 gram Crunchy hazelnut brittle
- 400 gram Cream minimum 36%
- 53 gram Syrup elderberry syrup
- 40 gram Lemon Juice
Instructions
Tiramisu:
- Mix mascarpone, cream, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
- Set the cream aside.
- Rinse the strawberries and let them drain well.
- Put 200 grams of strawberries and the sugar in a blender.
- Puree the mixture until it is smooth.
- Cut the remaining strawberries into smaller pieces.
- Layer the strawberry pieces in glasses with cat tongues, mascarpone cream, and pureed strawberries.
- Finally, sprinkle with chopped hazelnut brittle.
Elderberry cream:
- Mix cream, elderberry syrup, and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a 0.5-liter siphon bottle (use 1 cartridge), and shake the bottle vigorously.
- Place the bottle in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 6 hours.
