Recipe for rice and praise (child-friendly dish with ground beef and rice)
Simple and highly child-friendly dish with ground beef, corn, peas, and rice.
I got the recipe from the cook at my children’s nursery/preschool, Hanne. For many years, we have heard from our eldest (now 6-year-old) daughter that this is one of her favorite dishes, but it has been difficult to get her to explain what the dish consisted of. When Hanne retired, she was kind enough to make a recipe booklet so we could recreate the dish at home with great success.
