Sunflower Oil
for frying. The oil must be able to withstand heat
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk everything together.
Pour the batter into a pitcher.
Pour 1 centimeter of oil in each mold in your "muffin pan".
Place the pan in the oven and set the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
When the oven and muffin pan are heated, take the pan out of the oven.
Distribute the batter into the muffin molds. They should be filled almost to the edge.
Place the pan back in the oven and bake them for 20 - 25 minutes. They should be golden and puffed up.
Serve.
