Yorkshire pudding

Warm and airy Yorkshire puddings. A classic for a genuine English "Sunday roast"! Can also be served as a side for a good stew.

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. Egg
  • 206 gram Whole Milk
  • 200 gram Wheat Flour sifted
  • Salt
  • Sunflower Oil for frying. The oil must be able to withstand heat

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk everything together.
  • Pour the batter into a pitcher.
  • Pour 1 centimeter of oil in each mold in your "muffin pan".
  • Place the pan in the oven and set the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • When the oven and muffin pan are heated, take the pan out of the oven.
  • Distribute the batter into the muffin molds. They should be filled almost to the edge.
  • Place the pan back in the oven and bake them for 20 - 25 minutes. They should be golden and puffed up.
  • Serve.
