Here is the recipe for the insanely delicious White Brownie with cinnamon apples, Brazil nuts, and salted caramel dip. White brownie is made with white chocolate - butter and brown sugar. This mix tastes wonderfully of caramel notes.

Ingredients

White Brownie

  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • 135 gram Brown sugar
  • 135 gram Flour
  • 5 gram Baking Soda
  • 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 75 gram Butter
  • 100 gram White chocolate
  • 1 pcs. Apples large and cut into cubes
  • 2 gram Vanilla Sugar mix with cinnamon - then toss the apples in
  • 2.6 gram Cinnamon mix with vanilla sugar - then toss the apples in
  • 1 handful Brazil Nuts coarsely chopped

Caramel

  • 85 gram Sugar
  • 15 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Cream
  • 1.5 gram Flake Salt

Instructions

White brownie

  • Whisk eggs - brown sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Melt butter and white chocolate and add the mixture to the egg mixture.
  • Add flour and baking powder.
  • Pour the batter into a small baking pan or metal round tart pan.
  • Distribute apples and nuts on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°.
  • Let the cake cool slightly before serving with caramel dip.

Caramel

  • Melt sugar in a pan over medium-high heat and add the butter once it is melted.
  • Add cream and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it reaches the right consistency.
