Instructions
White brownie
Whisk eggs - brown sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Melt butter and white chocolate and add the mixture to the egg mixture.
Add flour and baking powder.
Pour the batter into a small baking pan or metal round tart pan.
Distribute apples and nuts on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°.
Let the cake cool slightly before serving with caramel dip.
Caramel
Melt sugar in a pan over medium-high heat and add the butter once it is melted.
Add cream and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it reaches the right consistency.
