Ingredients
White Brownie
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 135 gram Brown sugar
- 135 gram Flour
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 75 gram Butter
- 100 gram White chocolate
- 1 pcs. Apples large and cut into cubes
- 2 gram Vanilla Sugar mix with cinnamon - then toss the apples in
- 2.6 gram Cinnamon mix with vanilla sugar - then toss the apples in
- 1 handful Brazil Nuts coarsely chopped
Caramel
- 85 gram Sugar
- 15 gram Butter
- 100 gram Cream
- 1.5 gram Flake Salt
Instructions
White brownie
- Whisk eggs - brown sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
- Melt butter and white chocolate and add the mixture to the egg mixture.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into a small baking pan or metal round tart pan.
- Distribute apples and nuts on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 180°.
- Let the cake cool slightly before serving with caramel dip.
Caramel
- Melt sugar in a pan over medium-high heat and add the butter once it is melted.
- Add cream and salt and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it reaches the right consistency.
