Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water, preferably for about 30 minutes.
Rinse the cucumber, peel it, and cut it into smaller pieces.
Peel the garlic and chop it roughly.
Rinse the dill thoroughly and remove the stems.
Put yogurt, dill, garlic, as well as salt and pepper in a blender.
Blend everything well until it is smooth.
Put the mixture in a sieve and strain it.
Put 1 dl of the cucumber mixture in a bowl that can withstand a water bath.
Heat the mixture gently until it is well warmed.
Add the soaked gelatin to the yogurt mixture and let it dissolve. It is important that there are no lumps of undissolved gelatin in the liquid.
Let the gelatin mixture cool and add the remaining cucumber mixture.
Put the mixture in a siphon (use 1 gas cartridge) and shake the siphon vigorously.
Refrigerate the siphon for 4 hours.
