Toasted rye bread with salmon, cream cheese spread, and avocado

When you toast your rye bread, it becomes both warm and crispy, giving it that extra bit of flavor – it's delicious! And it complements the salmon wonderfully. This snack can be ready in just 5 minutes, giving you a luxurious lunch straight to your belly.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Rye Bread
  • Salad a little
  • 75 gram Smoked salmon
  • 1 pcs. Avocado
  • Lemon Juice a little
  • Herbs fresh thyme or chives

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 28 gram Cream Cheese natural
  • 7.5 gram Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper a little

Instructions

  • Toast the rye bread and mix the ingredients for the cream cheese together.
  • Slice the avocado and drizzle a little lemon juice over it.
  • Spread the bread with the cream cheese mixture, add lettuce, salmon, avocado, and thyme on top – serve.
