Recipe for toasted rye bread with salmon, cream cheese spread, and avocado
Sometimes it just has to be very simple and that is exactly what this lovely lunch is; but nonetheless, very tasty! Here you have toasted rye bread with a quick homemade cream cheese spread; creamy, smooth, and delicious, mixed with plenty of herbs. In addition, I have smoked salmon, avocado, and fresh herbs on the bread.
When you toast your rye bread, it becomes warm and crispy and tastes just a little extra – it’s delicious! And it pairs very well with the salmon. This snack can be ready in just 5 minutes, and then you have a luxurious lunch right in your belly.
The small bites could also be nicely used as an appetizer or a small starter at a festive occasion.
