Crumb the yeast in the milk and add sugar, salt, and oil.
Mix the dough in a mixer and pour in a bit of flour along with the food coloring.
Then add the flour until the dough is smooth but still a little moist.
Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
Form into 16 buns and let rise for another hour.
Bake at 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) in a regular oven for about 10-12 minutes.
Tie a silk ribbon around the bun and attach eyes.
