Ingredients

Cinnamon Cake

  • 75 gram Melted butter
  • 210 gram Sugar
  • 240 gram Flour
  • 515 gram Buttermilk
  • 9 gram Baking Soda
  • 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 10 gram Cinnamon

Glaze

  • 130 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 10 gram Cocoa powder
  • 2.6 gram Cinnamon
  • Water

Instructions

Cinnamon Cake

  • Mix the dry ingredients and then add buttermilk and melted butter.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 175° fan oven.
  • Cool slightly before adding icing if desired.
  •  
  • Mix the ingredients and gradually add a little water until it has the right consistency.
  • Put the icing on the cake.
