Sloe Gin Fizz

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Sloe Gin I used Monkey 47 Sloe Gin
  • 3 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 cl Sugar Syrup
  • 1 pcs. egg white
  • 3 cl Sparkling Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 slices Orange Peel for garnish

Instructions

  • Find your shaker.
  • Pour Sloe Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into the shaker. Wait before adding the ice cubes.
  • Shake the shaker well for 5-10 seconds.
  • By shaking without ice cubes, the egg white will form a nice layer of foam on top of your cocktail.
  • Now add the ice cubes.
  • Shake for another 10 seconds.
  • Use your fine strainer (or another fine sieve)
  • Pour the drink into a glass without ice cubes.
  • Top with club soda and garnish with orange peel.
