Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking Tray
  • Baking Paper
  • Brush
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 200 gram Graham Flour
  • 50 gram Soy Flour
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 5 gram Baking Soda
  • 60 gram Vegetable Butter
  • 12.5 gram Cane Sugar
  • 150 gram Plain yogurt or Alpro Go On
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Put the two types of flour in a bowl and mix with salt and baking powder. Rub in the butter until the mixture is grainy, then add the sugar. Add the skyr and mix it to a soft dough. Pour the dough onto a floured board, knead it lightly, and roll it out until it is about 3 cm thick. Then cut out circles using a glass or cup about 6 cm in diameter. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-15 minutes. The buns should be enjoyed freshly baked, as they are clearly the tastiest that way!
