Simple tomato/avocado salad with glaze

The creamy mozzarella and mild avocado complement the fresh tomatoes perfectly, and spices and glaze enhance the flavors in the finest way. This salad is lovely in summer with large sun-ripened tomatoes, but also tastes fantastic throughout the rest of the year.

  • 3 pcs. Avocado ripe
  • 4 pcs. Tomato
  • 1 package Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves
  • 32 gram Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Slice avocados, tomatoes, and mozzarella and arrange on a platter. Sprinkle generously with salt/pepper and drizzle with glaze… it's ready
