Ingredients

  • Baby Spinach
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Melon
  • Asparagus green
  • Avocado
  • Salmon hot-smoked

Instructions

    1. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly in a colander under running water. They often have a lot of sand on them.
    2. Rinse the tomato and cucumber and cut them into appropriate pieces.
    3. Peel the melon and cut it up.
    4. Rinse the asparagus, snap off the end of them, and cut them into pieces a couple of centimeters long.
    5. Divide the avocado into two halves and remove the pit. You can easily remove the pit by lightly tapping the knife into the pit and twisting it, so it comes out. Slash a "grid" pattern in each avocado half with a knife and scoop the avocado cubes out in one smooth motion with a tablespoon.
    6. Mix everything together and place pieces of hot-smoked salmon on top.
    7. Bon appétit :-)
