Rye Bread Sandwich with Beef Pastrami, Pesto, and Avocado

This wonderful dish doesn't require rocket science – nonetheless, it's a super delicious lunch or an easy dinner – ready in minutes, and that's quite okay every now and then.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 32 gram Green pesto
  • 50 gram Beef Pastrami or other good meat
  • 1 pcs. Avocado
  • 1/2 pcs. Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Sundried tomatoes a little, can be replaced with semi-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread, spread pesto on both slices for each sandwich and add the filling – then it's served
