In the picture, you see a rye bread sandwich with green pesto, beef pastrami, avocado, mozzarella, and semi-dried tomatoes – yum, what a mix…
The bread is lightly toasted before the sandwich is assembled, making it crispy, warm, and even more flavorful…

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 32 gram Green pesto
  • 50 gram Beef Pastrami or other good meat
  • 1 pcs. Avocado
  • 1/2 pcs. Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Sundried tomatoes a little, can be replaced with semi-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread, spread pesto on both slices for each sandwich and add the filling – then it's served
