Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven).
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Take a saucepan and melt the butter over medium heat. The butter should turn brown and smell nutty - this takes about 10 minutes.
Find a bowl and add the browned butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the 100 grams of melted ruby chocolate.
Then add the flour and salt.
Mix well until the dough begins to pull away from the bowl.
Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
Spread the dough in the baking pan.
Bake the cake for half an hour.
Check if the cake is done by piercing it with a toothpick or the tip of a paring knife - it should have a few moist crumbs sticking to it, as we want a fudgy, not fully baked cake.
Take your blondie out of the oven and let it cool.
Melt the remaining 100 grams of ruby chocolate and randomly drizzle it over the cake with a spoon (see picture).
Cut the cake into smaller squares.
Serve the beautiful pink wonders!
