Recipe for ruby chocolate blondies
Heavenly delicious, pink ruby chocolate blondies.
This moist blondie is something truly special because it is made with ruby chocolate. We often associate pink chocolate with something that must taste like strawberries or raspberries, but ruby chocolate is a completely new, naturally pink chocolate variety – yes, you read that right: Naturally pink. This chocolate is therefore free from artificial colorings and flavorings, and the taste is a mix between dark and milk chocolate with a hint of fruity sweetness. Does it sound amazing? It is!

Ingredients
- 220 gram Butter
- 220 gram Brown sugar
- 2 Egg
- 13.8 gram Vanilla Essence
- 210 gram Wheat Flour
- 13.5 gram Salt
- 100 gram Ruby chocolate Melted
- 260 gram Ruby chocolate Chocolate chips
- 100 gram Ruby chocolate Melted. For decoration
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven). Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Take a saucepan and melt the butter over medium heat. The butter should turn brown and smell nutty - this takes about 10 minutes. Find a bowl and add the browned butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the 100 grams of melted ruby chocolate. Then add the flour and salt. Mix well until the dough begins to pull away from the bowl. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough. Spread the dough in the baking pan. Bake the cake for half an hour. Check if the cake is done by piercing it with a toothpick or the tip of a paring knife - it should have a few moist crumbs sticking to it, as we want a fudgy, not fully baked cake. Take your blondie out of the oven and let it cool. Melt the remaining 100 grams of ruby chocolate and randomly drizzle it over the cake with a spoon (see picture). Cut the cake into smaller squares. Serve the beautiful pink wonders!
