Start by crisping your bacon, either in a frying pan or in the oven.
Make scrambled eggs, i.e., crack the eggs into a bowl and use a fork to whisk them together with the milk and salt.
Cook the egg mixture in a frying pan (preferably the one you fried your bacon in) and stir constantly over medium-high heat. Remove from heat when the eggs have the right consistency.
Cut the onion into slices and sauté them until soft in a frying pan. Pour the cheddar cheese over the onions and let it melt together.
Add salt and pepper to the ground beef and mix well. Place the beef in a thin layer on parchment paper in an ovenproof dish and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-forced) for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-forced).
Cut the burger buns in half and place the bottom halves in the base of an ovenproof dish (the same size as before) and spread ketchup on the middle part.
Place the "meat cake" on top and then add the bacon.
Then spread the cheddar onions on top and then ketchup.
Finally, place the top halves of the buns on.
Melt the butter with the grated garlic cloves in a coffee mug in the microwave. It takes about 30 seconds.
Brush the top buns with the butter/garlic mixture and bake the whole thing in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-forced).
