Ingredients
- 1 liters Gin
- 100 gram Rhubarb
Instructions
- Roughly chop the rhubarb and place them in a clean bottle and pour gin over.
- Let it all sit and infuse for about 1 month, taste occasionally to see if extra rhubarb is needed or if it is ready.
- Serve with an ice cube in it.
